The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) offers admissions twice a year for its Secondary (Class 10) and Senior Secondary (Class 12) courses.

Admission Dates

Eligibility
- Secondary Level (Class 10): Candidates must be at least 14 years old, and there is no maximum age limit.
- Senior Secondary Level (Class 12): Candidates should be at least 15 years old and must have completed Class 10 from a recognized board.

- Recent passport-size photograph
- Signature
- Identity proof (Aadhaar card, passport, etc.)
- Address proof
- Previous class mark sheet (for Secondary or Senior Secondary admission)
Admission Process
- Online Application: Register on the NIOS website, fill out the application, and upload the required documents.
- Fee Payment: Pay the admission fee online.
- Confirmation: After successful submission and payment, a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
Fee Structure
