Exam Sessions: NIOS improvement exams can be taken in the next available session (April/May or October/November), or you can utilize the On-Demand Examination System (ODES). The ODES allows students to take the exam when they feel prepared, as long as slots are available.

Certificate Issuance: If you score higher in the improvement exam, NIOS will issue an updated mark sheet with the improved scores. If your improvement score is lower than the original, the previous higher score will be retained.
